Welcome to Raq It Up!
This is an exercise-based dance fitness class where we will be working with small weights and resistance bands - but don't mistake this for just any fitness class. We're going to be dancing, and the focus of all of the workouts are on dancing. All of the weight training exercises are based on dance movement in some way, so that you don't feel like you're doing useless work.
