Be sure to make it through most, if not all, of the classes before you attempt these. The conditioning video can be done throughout the course, as many times as you like, but it's best to limit it to 2 or 3 times a week.

Ahhhh too many videos, I need more direction!
No problem! The "dripped" course is available, and you'll be emailed when the next classes are available for you. Just go back and choose the Raqs sharqi - Beginner 1 course instead.
I've never danced before, can I still take this course?
Yes! This course was designed for absolute beginners, including students who have never taken any kind of dance class previously.
What do I wear, what equipment will I need?
Wear whatever is comfortable for you to move in! Hip scarves can help you accentuate your hip movements but they aren't required. For some classes it may be beneficial to have a fitness mat available, but it's not required.
